Namaskarams. I think in Tirupathi and other shrines temple authorities insist for non-hindus to undertake an oath saying that they have full faith in God through the Hindu form of worship. I think even former President Zail Singh was denied entry as he refused to part with head-gear & shirt quoting it is against their custom. When other faiths are showing their firmness in their belief nothing wrong for us to uphold our dharma. But I think more than the curiosity, it is the faith that makes one eligible to enter the temples. Everyone is equal before God. There should not be restriction as long as one is having belief in the hindu form of worship. Adiyen Balaji k ------------------------ Yahoo!
