Dear Memebrs of the Group:
I am delighted to learn that Professor .
Vasudha Narayanan has joined our group.
I have read with great interest her book on The Tamil
Veda co-authored with Professor John Carman. I have
the highest regard for her scholarship. Her Contributions
to this book and her other articles that I have had the pleasure to
read in the Journal of Vaishnavite Studies reveal her deep
knowledge about our Sampradhaayam.
We are indeed fortunate to have the benefit of her scholarship
particularly at times, when we focus on the understanding of
difficult concepts related to our
literature and traditions .
