Dearest Sri Vaishnavas, Adiyen's Humble Namaskarams, There is a grantham called Yatindra Mata Dipika by Sri Srinivasarya ( Srinivasa Dasa) which has been translated into English by A.Govindacharya int he early 1900s(?)and more recently Swami Adidevananda of Ramakrishna Math based on the former's English work.Tradition holds that Yatindra Mata Dipika was composed in Tirumala and is a summary of the various elements of Sri Vaishnava traditions. The author is sbeleived to be a contemporary of Adhivan Satakopa Yati of Ahobila Mutt. There are explainations for the various forms of Sriman Narayana such as acrcha vibhava,et al.in there. Perhaps the learnded people in the list can elaborate further on this work. Thanks and Regards, adiyen, B.Haresh -------------------------------------------------------------- - SrImate rAmAnujAya namaH - To Post a message, send it to: bhakti-list@yahoogroups.com Archives: http://ramanuja.org/sv/bhakti/archives/ Your use of Yahoo!
