Dear Bhagavatas, My name is vishal & i'm a new member to this group. Actually i joined this group sometime back but sending this introduction only now. So let me give some personal information. I'm basically from Chennai. My poorvikam is a small village called aisur near kanchipuram. My first experiences with spirituality was when my grandfather taught me slokas like vishnu sahasranam & raghuveera gadyam. Though he insisted on me learning sanskrit a lot i never learnt it (for which i regret even now). probably i didnt have perumal kataksham for that. But now i've realised the importance of knowing more about our sri Vaishnava sampradayam. I owe a lot to my cousin murali who initiated me into this tradition. Though i cant contribute to the discussions i'm eagerly looking forward to learning a lot from this forum. I would like to know if there are any sites on the web or any books on print which gives details of all the 108 divya shetrams ? Basically giving the sthala puranams of all the divya deshams. If anyone could give me pointers in that direction it would be very helpful. Adiyen, Vishal __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
