regarding gaudiya vaisnavism

Dear Vaisnavas,
 I would like to ask a question regarding Gaudiya
Vaisnavism.What is offcial view of Sri Vaisnavas 
regrdin this:
 1 Is it valid gaudiya sampradaya coming from God
according to Sri's. Gaudiyas says that they are branch
of Madhva sampradaya.?
2.	Gaudiyas are saying that bhakti is  indepdent of
jnana and karma is that view of Ramanuja Acaraya.?
