GiitArtha Sangrahah

yatpadAmbhOruhAdhyAna vidhvasthOshOshakalmashaha |
vastutA mupayAthOham yamunEyam namAmi tam ||

LakshmInatha samArambhAm nAtha yAmuna madhyamam
asmad achArya paryantAm vande guruparamparAm

I salute the line of our acharyas starting from LakshminAtha nam
perumAl to piratti with nathamuni and yamunAcharya in the middle.

yo nityam acyuta-padAmbuja-yugma-rukma
vyAmohatas tad itarANi tRNAya mene |
asmad guror bhagavato 'sya dayaika-sindho:
rAmAnujasya caraNau SaraNam prapadye ||

I take refuge at the feet of our guru Bhagavaan Ramanuja, that ocean
of mercy who, infatuated with the gold-like, lotus feet of the Lord,
considered all else as mere blades of grass. 

kaNdukoN dEnem iraamaa NnusanRannai kaaNdalumE
thoNdukoN dEn_avan thodtar_poR RaaLil_en thollai ven^n^Oy
viNdukoN dEn_avan seerveLLa vaariyai vaaymaduththin
RuNdukoN dEn,innam uRRana Othil ulappillaiyE.

Now I have seen my Ramanuja; what a sight it is indeed, it makes me
seek to serve the golden feet of his devotees; Now I take just a sip
from this ocean of auspicious qualities and all my past karmaas are
destroyed, No, there is no end if I start to say more.

Srimad Venkata Natharyam Vande Vedanta Desikam ||

I salute the great Venkata Natha also called Vedanta Acharya and Lion
among poets and logicians and who was well adorned by both Knowledge
and discretion and who well deserved the grace of Srimad Ramanuja.

statement of the great Acharya , Tooppul Tiuvenkadamudaiyan ( Vedanta
Desika ) uttered by him for the benefit of humanity would be
sufficient to lift him up to his desired goal.
