Respected members,
Can any of the Group member can give me Clarifications on the below :

I am seeking more information on Hayagriya Sostra recital. 
How this has to be performed?
Is it necessary that recital has to be done Under some one guidance only ?
 What is the very purpose of Sri Hayagriya sostra .
Can some one give me story behind this Lord and where is the temple in
India.

Thanks in Advance for the people Who is Giving me the information.
