KANCHI MUTT

Dear Friends,
Greetings to you all
I would like to know the views of the members on the recent news about the University, run by Kanchi Mutt(directly or indirectly), segregating people within the dormitory according to class, in this case Caste.  Though the university is not serving any Non-Veg food, the one of the reasons for segregation is said to be meat eating students and non meat eating students.
It is a know fact in today's situation Brahmins are getting battered from all the sides in all over India, by the Government through politically motivated reservation policies(which is not working effectively), and through other communities which show some form of hatred towards Brahmins  Now to read and notice Kanchi Mutt's or it's University's behaviour could aggrevate such anti-brahmin feeling more.  I am sure some members here though Sri.Vaishnavas would be able to shed some light on this issue, due to their own connection with Mutt.
