[sv-rituals] LUNAR ECLIPSE

Namaskarams to everybody

I came across this mail regarding lunar eclipse on
November 19, 2002.  I gather that it shall not be
visible in India.  So, in that case, is there a
necessity of observing it.  If so, what rituals do we
have to perform during the duration of the eclipse.  i
have heard that namasmaranam or any other japa
activity shall be more effective during this duration
compared to other times.  If anybody can detail me on
this, i shall be most thankful.
