[sv-rituals] Re: Lunar Eclipse on Nov 19, 2002

I may be wrong. but according to 

     http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/LunarEclipse.html

it appears that Lunar Eclipse occurs at Moonrise (about Nov 19 4:55pm
for Santa Clara) in California.

If that happens to be correct, when does pitr-tarpaNam need to 
be performed?

Could knowledgeable folks please advise?
