PLEASE NOTE:
There will be a Telephone gita class on Oct 24th sunday. the subject will
be :
Views of Sri Samkaracharya and Madhvacharya on the chapters 6-11. I prefer
to compare these views right at this stage instead of waiting till end of
12th chapter, since 12th chapter itself is quite difficult to understand
and the question and answer there needs background. If we understand other
sampradaya views, it adds to the background needed to assess what the first
few verses of 12th chapter means.
Please be prepared for this class by reviewing the material from Sri
Ramanuja bhasya which was covered earlier.
