Dear Bhaktas,
This is just a reminder that Monday/Tuesday of this week
is Vijaya Dasami, on which Hayagriva Puja is performed
by Sri Vaishnavas. Tradition avers that Sriman Narayana takes
on the form of Lakshmi-Hayagriva to promulgate the Vedas.
For this reason, Lord Hayagriva is very appropriately described
by Swami Desikan as "AdhAram sarvavidyAnAm", the foundation of
all knowledge.
