Guidance needed

Srimathe Ramanujaayanamaha!

Adiyen is a Sri Vaishnavan of Thengalai sect, working
in the Gulf and staying alone, and has recently joined
as a member of the Bhakti and Ramanuja_Society at
Yahoogroups.
I am ignorant of our proper pooja vazhi muraigal.
Would any of the Bhagavathas guide me, as to how to
begin the daily morning pooja, what is to be said
first, and lead me with the sequence.  In the sense,
do we do Sandhya Vandanam first or some other prayer
first and what next, etc and how do we conclude the
pooja karyakramam. I am sorry if I sound a little
wayward but I will be happy with a full reply
including some of the Bhagavath Sthothrams, if that
would help me to do my pooja the proper way.
