Introduction
From the Bhakti List Archives

Dear Servants of the Lord, I just signed on to this list. My name is Cynthia Kessler. I have been attracted to Bhakti for many, many years and spent many years reading only ISKCon literature and translations. I do not wish to slander ISKCon, suffice it to say, that the atmosphere was no longer one in which I could learn, trust or pray. I have never found a guru, or had a relationship with a teacher whom I believed to be pure of heart. I am still seeking. I have read the last two days postings and find that much of it is over my head. That is ok. I want to learn. I have several questions... 1. are there some books or scripture recommended as the best translations? 2. is there a font to download (and from where) that would help me read some of the postings that seem to be written with diacritical marks that are being distorted? 3. have I come to the right place? Thank you. C.C.
