 Dear devotees,

 On this most auspicious day of SwAmi DESikan's thirunakshatram,
 aDiyEn is extremly happy to announce that the Home-Page for
 SrI "abhinava dESika" UttamUr Tirumalai VAtsya VeerarAghavAchArya 
 is being launched at :

 Please do browse the very preliminary setting. The Web-Page
 in its full fledged scale is being planned to be released on 
 Thai SwAti (Jan 3rd Week 2001), the thirunakshatram of SrI
 UttamUr SwAmi.
  
 Special thanks and gratitude to SrI Haresh, Singapore,
 for creating the Web-Page and uploading the relevant
 material in just a very short announcement with three 
 possible working days before the launch. After his office 
 hours, he has even took off from his earlier commitments
 and did this with a great spirit of kainkaryam. Thanks
 once again to him.

  Brief Info on the various Links of this site :

  1.SrI Mukhamas   : SrI Mukhams from AchAryas will be included as
                     soon as they are ready.

  2.Introduction   : This is a description on SrI UttamUr SwAmi,
                     also providing a brief account of the various
                     Links.       

  3.Guru Parampara : This provides the AchArya Lineage of SrI UttamUr
                     SwAmi. Short details on various AchAryas of this
                     lineage, alongwith will Photos if any, will be 
                     included later.    


  4.SishyaParampara: This provides information about the various 
                     prominent disciples of SrI UttamUr SwAmi. Work
                     is under progress.

  5.Biography      : A quite detailed biography of SrI UttamUr SwAmi
                     as published during his 80th Thirunakshatram
                     (birthday) celebration souvenir will be soon
                     included. 

  6.Scholars on    : This includes various articles on SrI UttamUr  
    Abhinava DESika  SwAmi by AchAryas, Scholars, Disciples and his 
                     admirers. Translated version of the originals
                     wherever appropriate are presented. Some more 
                     articles will be included later.   
  
  7.Photo Gallery  : This provides various available photos of
                     SrI UttamUr SwAmi at different occassions.
                     More photos are planned to be added. 
 
 
  8.Publications   : This link is for listing out all the 
                     publications by SrI UttamUr SwAmi, with
                     its synopsis. Work is under progress. 
 
  9.Available      : The currently available books of SrI UttamUr 
     Books           SwAmi that can be obtained are listed out.  
                 
          
 10.Centenary      : This provides information on the  
    Trust            "Sri Uttamur Viraraghavachariar Centenary 
                      Trust". Its main activities and achievements
                      will be soon added.
  
 11.Books Re-print : The Trust is bringing out the re-prints of  
    Project          various books of SrI UttamUr SwAmi. Details
                     of this very important project are provided
                     here. It will soon be updated with more 
                     information.

 12.Links          : Links to other related and relevant 
                     SrI VaishNava Web-Sites. More later.
