Anadyayana period

Since December 5 falls within Anadyayana period, we cannot recite Nalayira
DivYa
Prabandams on that day.

adiyEn would like to know the reason for considering this period ( this time
falls from Nov 23rd to 26th Jan) as Anadyayana period and also the reason
for not reciting Nalayira DivYa Prabandam during this period.
