Well i appreciate your love towards Sri Parthasarathi. However, i do not support your view. I would like to addd the following. In Munram thiruvandadhi- the pasuram, Vandudhaitha Vendiraigal Sempavala Vennmutham > Andhi Viallakum Anni Vilakkaam > Endhai Oru Valli Thamarayall Onriya seer marbhan, > Thiruvallikenni yaan chenru. > does not refer to Sri parthasarathi. the words "oru valli thamaraiyan onniya seer marvan" both verbatim and the purport of alwar only refers to "a person whose thiru marbu is decorated by the Goddess Sri.Lakshmi" this is a comman usage of alwars when they refer to Emperuman. in sanskrit, we can say Srinivasan,Srivathsan,Srivathsangan all this refers to the "oru valli thamaraiyan onnisys seer marvan" this is no way a direct reference to Sri Parthasarathi . while i give this explanation, i am also lucky to refer to Sri.PBA'S swamy's "divyartha Deepika" published in in 1929. i give here verbatim translataion of some of the lines in the pasauram , "oru alli thamaraiyal"--- the piraati whose place is the lotus which has got beatiful petals. "senru onniya seer marban"-- such lakshmi who has taken as her place in such beatiful thirumarbu. "vanthu uthaitha venthiraigal..muttham"-- due to the white surf of the sea, you find white pearls and red pavazham. "anthi vilakkum anivilakkam"-which has deepams which connotes sandhya kalam. Further, reciting munram thiruvanthathi during amavasai, ekadesi etc, is a normal practice in many divya desams . not only in triplicane. i wish some of our members throw light on this. i think you were offended by my reference to Sri Parthasarathi as "onda vantha perumal" i apologise for this. it is only due to my immense love to that lord. we in lighter vein in triplicane refer to him as "karuppan", "thalaivar" etc. however, the bottom line is that "Senthamizpaduvar"(muthal alwars") and also bakthisaran do not refer to Sri Parthasarathi when they sung on this divya desam.
