Here is feedback Sriman Sadagopan wants. It is mine and I speak for myself only. I vote "hip, hip, hurrah" for "daya and anukampa" because : 1)Some credit (punyam) will go to me for putting the subject firmly on the agenda of the "bhakti group" 1)Thanks to Sriman Sadagopan, everyone gets a "double-treat" out of discussing this topic threadbare. I mean we can sit back and enjoy Swami Desikan as well as Nammalwar. 2)The subject of "anukampa" is a many-sided wonder. From whichever angle you look at it, it throws up a vivid kaleidoscope of "bhagavath-anubhavam". It teases and provokes one's imagination. It is a heady elixir. 3) In the course of discussing it one cannot escape touching upon some vital and central concepts of Sri Vaishnavism. So there is every opportunity for this to be a "learning-cum-entertainment" experience. 4)I hail from Tirupati and any team that works at singing the praise of our Lord TiruvEngadamudaiyAn can count on me to be its cheer-leader ! sudarshan. srimathE lakshmi-nrsumha parabrahmaNE namaha sri vedanta desika guravE namaha
