Dear Sri Sriraman,
Welcome to the list. I am more than glad to fill up the lines for you.
1. sarva dEsa dasA kAlEshu avyAhadha parAkrama
2. This should read as " rAmAnujArya divyAgnyA" not rAmAnuja divyAgnyA.
(applicable to both lines)
3. It is not Srimanna. It is Sriman only, though many recite it as
srimanna.
4. namah srIsaila nAdhAya kunthee nagara janmanE prasAdha labdha
paramaprApya kainkarya sAlinE
5. Finally, it is not maNNulagam in the penultimate line. It is
"mannulagam". Many people recite it as maNNulagam, meaning this "Earthly
world" or literally meaning maNN for sand or earth. It is actually "mann"
(rettai suzhi "na") means "glorious"
Trust this will help you.

adiyEn rAmAnuja dAsan,
Thirumalai Vinjamoor Venkatesh
