Sri Sudarshana Yantra

Dear devotees.
My post got lost & therefore I am reposting this mail; in the sudharshan
yantra, we see mantras for Krishna, Narasimha and ofcourse sudharshana. Can
some one tell me the significance. + What do the different letters and
squares stand for ??
