Dear Sri Balaji, adiyen would like to put in word with respect to your views on dress code. Speaking from a shaastric view point all that you say is correct and completely acceptable. But rather as aspiring vaishnavas, we should try not to hurt the sentiments of others. Ask questions to be clarified. This is indeed an esteemed group of scholars here who can clear your queries from various vaishnavite literature. Preaching what we dont practice will never have any effect but only on the contrary. Focus inwards and let your life speak for itself then what you say will be considered respectfully. This heart ache of yours happens to many novice devotees in the beignning, after learning the true meanings behind the all the shaastric injunctions and then looking around, the world will sure look like a blasphemous crowd but time and your sincerity will give you the association of exalted devotees. As Lord krishna Says in the Bhagavad Gita: Bahunam Janmanam ante, j~nanavan mam prapadyate vasudevam sarvam iti sa mahatma sa durlabha it is indeed rare to find such a mahatama therefore let us all better do as he says here: man-mana bhava mad-bhakto mad-yaji mam namaskuru mam evaishyasi yuktvaivam atmamam mat-parayanah dasan, Sriram,Balaraman _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web.
