Water anology

Dear Bhagavathas, I liked Sri Vaidya's water analogy, in connection with Darwin's theory of evolution and Creation. Water is given lot of value in our culture- apart from its obvious basic need for life. Take for example: Theertha SthaLam for holy places, Theerthankaras for Jain saints down to Mahaveera, Theertha Roopa-ru is a way of addressing elders in Kannada, Aaapta for friend and Aaap, a respectful way of addressing people in Hindi may have been derived from Aaapa, meaning water in the Vedas, That which is not true is called does not hold water, so on.
