Dear Sriman Sadagopan,
Thank you for 2 wonderful pieces on Lakshmi-nrsimhan! Sitting here in Kuwait
they evoked fond memories in me of various Nrsimha-kshetrAs back home that I
have visited! This deity fascinates us like no other indeed!
Just for your info; there are wonderful Nrsimha-temples too on the sylvan
banks of the River Krishna in Andhra pradesh : Vedadadri, Wadapalli and
Mattapalli ! I have worshipped at Wadapalli and a most handsome Nrsimhan
presides there! Sri.Mukkur Lakshminarasimhachariar of Kakinada is especially
devoted to the Nrsimha-murthy at Mattapalli village where he has performed
more than half-a-dozen Nrsimha-mahA-yag~nyams!
Those of you who are nrsimha-bhaktAs or upAsakA-s must plan to visit the
above kshetrA-s!
