Significance of Kumbhabhishkekam

Dear Bhagavatas,

The Cincinnati temple is celebrating its Kumbhabhishekam during May 22 - 26.
Since I do not know the significance of Kumbhabhishkekam, I request the
learned members of this group to post some information related to this topic.
Looking forward to all the postings.

PS: Since I miss reading a lot of posts and somebody has already posted some
information regarding this, please guide me to the posting number.
