To all shishyas of Sri Ramanuja

Srimathe Ramanujaya Namaha

I have just joined the Bhakti-list group and would like to introduce 
myself to all of you.

My name is M.A. Narayan, my initials standing for Mandayam 
Anandaanpillai (Anandaanpillai being the title given by Emperumanar to 
his disciple Thirumalai Ananthazhwan when he spontaneously volunteered 
to take up kainkaryam in Tirumalai).

I am based in Chennai (Madras) and am a chartered accountant in 
practice. I am also the Correspondent and Honorary Secretary of the 
150 year old Hindu Higher Secondary School, Triplicane (earlier known 
as the Hindu High School).

I am deeply interested in the teachings of Udayavar and Azhwargal 
Arulicheyal. I have also been making an attempt to introduce the 
subject to young students of the school.

I consider it a privilege to be a member of this group and look 
forward to learning a lot in the days to come.
