Dear srikanth
You can take the route to Melkote as other members suggested. In addition to
melkote, if you plan engage a private taxi (by bus it is difficult) also
cover Thondanur to have darshan of Krishnan, Nambi Narayanan, Narasimhar and
RAmanujacharya. This place is just 10 to 20 kms from melkote. Carry some
quantity of Gingily Oil for lighting up of sannadhi as these temples are in
dilapidated condition. Not many know about these temples and visitors are
far less as comapred to Melkote.
