SRIMATHE RAMANUJAYA NAMAH: Dear Sri Jagdhish Dasa, Your question- Sri Ramanuja does not indicate Jeevan Mukhthi. Because it 'has not been' indicated in the TEXTS.(Epistemologically, ramanuja accepts PRATHYAKSHA(perception), ANUMANA (INFERENCE) and SABDA (verbal testimony of the Texts) as valid means of knowledge. Ref (my previous post - Taiittriya) Chapter 3 -10.5:- the knower "AFTER LEAVING this world only" proceeds through other levels and attains the Ultimate. The one who wanted to challenge this rule was Sage Vishwamithra when he wanted to send Thrishangu to Swarga with Deham, but unsuccessfully. If such is case with attaining swarga loga, we can imagine what it is for Mukhthi/ moksha. The reason for the incapability is perhaps to do with the finiteness of the body (deham) and the physical body acting as a "chirai" (confinement) for the non-confinable Jiva/Brahma.
