Dear Bhakta-s:
SrI ParASara BhaTTar has referred to a place, a part of this earth,
called vasubhANDa. He indicates that bhagavAn is present as aniruddha
in this place - bhUbhAge vAsubhANDAkhye nitya sannihitah sthitah. Some
translators have translated this as referring to a kshetra called
vAsubhANDa. I would appreciate any information on what the reference
here is.
