Namaskarams to all the Bhakti List members and
my humble thanks to everybody who have spoken
to me about this list and encouraged me to join.
Namaskarams to Sri Mani Varadarajan for his
exemplary kaimkaryams.

My name is Rajeev Karamchedu and I hail from
Hyderabad, India. I came here in 1995 to pursue
M.S at UMCP and am currently working for a Biotech
firm (www.tigr.org) in Maryland. I was born into a
telugu speaking SriVaishnava family in Andhra Pradesh
and Lord SriVenkateshwara is our Ilavelupu/Kuladaivam.
My parents and ancestors are disciples of Sri Parakala
Matham.

I have been a silent observer of the Bhakti List
and will probably be one for times to come, as my
understanding of the Sri Vaishnava Sampradayam
is that of a novice, at best. I joined this list
to learn about our great Sampradayam and its ways,
to learn to follow the path laid out by our Acharyas,
and to seek the guidance of the numerous wise ones that
contribute not only to this list but also as a result,
to our lives.
