Sri:

Dear Sri Krishna,

You are absolutely right! Music is divine! There are AzhwAr pAsurams,
ANNamaachaarya's and Ootthukkaadu vEmkata subbhaiyar's, which are so
great to hear when set to Karnatic music. Sri Sadagopan's song was
simple, and deep in meanings. I know there are singers (good ones!) in
our group to sing.

There are 4000 songs (Divya prabhandham) that can be attempted by us. I
know of one Smt pazhani Vijayalakshmi (duering my school days) whose
pAsurams were a delight to hear. She used to sing only pAsurams.

There are pAsurams sung by Bombay sisters also. And our Sri MK
Susharshan's mother has contributed a lot by singing Desikan sthOthrams
- sung in an exquisitely beautiful tunes with different rAgAs.

There is a bhajan "narayana narayana jaya jaya gOvindha harE! by Swami
Haridoss giri. An excellent one! Sri krsihna Premi used to sing Hare
Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama hare hare very nicely at the end of his
upanyaasam every time. It used to be the ending of his discourse in a
crescendo!

Thanks Sadagopan mama for your excellent composition.

Narayana Narayana
