Dear BhakthAs:

A great Acharyan's birthday is going to be celebrated 
in Chennai on March 14. He is none other than Sri U.Ve Vidvan
Perukkaranai Swamy , who is one of the illustrious sishyAs of 
HH the 42nd Jeeyar of Ahobila matam. Number of You helped 
to print his excellent commentary in Tamil (600 pages
plus) on ANDAL"s ThiruppAvai. He is also an authority on
Sri Bhashyam and other SrI Sookthis. AdiyEn had the BhAgyam
of excerpting material form his book on ThiruppAvai during
the past Marghazhi season and posting them on the lists. 

Those who are in chennai during March 13-14 can enjoying 
this special celebartion and hearing some of the most scholarly
vidvans on the subject of the Six PradhAna GuNams of the Lord.

We wish Sri PerukkAraNai Swamy long life and perfect health
to bless us all with his deep knowledge on our divine
sampradhAyam .

It will be most valuable if one of the attnedees can
capture the essence of the discussions on the six guNams
of the Lord as intrepreted by these scholars invited
to give the upanyAsams on the subject.
