Looking for Venkateshwara

I was wondering if any list members could help me find either of the 
following books:

Tirupati Sri Venkatesvara, by Sri Sadhu Subrahmanya Sastry. Tirupati: 
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, 1981. 

I am also looking for another book called "nyAya-sidhdAnjanam" by 
SrIman nigamAntha mahA dESika swAmi. If it is available in English I 
would like to know where I can obtain it. 


Since I am not going to India for at least another year, information 
on obtaining it by post would be preferable to specific locales 
within India from which to purchase. But any information would be 
more helpful than nothing.
