Hi everyone,
I am really curious about the mangalagiri
temple. From reading the articles on the web i found
that the offering of Panaka is made by pouring the
offering into the mouth of the Lord with a Sankha or a
conch and only half of the quantity is accepted by the
Lord while the rest is left to the devotee as prasada
I would like to know which of thes statements is
right
1) only half of every conch full of panaka is accepted
..
2) the panaka offering starts to overflow only when
the total quantity of panaka is halved.
Thank you in advance for answering my question
Prasanna
