     May that very embodiment of beauty, the Goddess who finds her 
     place on the right side of your chest, prosper for countless years!

Dear Bhaktas,

By now you have heard the great news that the sacred image of 
Mahalakshmi has been restored to the holy chest of Lord Ranganatha.
The HRCE board of Tamil Nadu has decided to do this in deference to 
the massive public outcry.  My gratitude goes to all the acharyas,
scholars, and devotees in India who took part in this effort, the
members of the press, as well as all you devotees on the bhakti-list, 
who no doubt also influenced this outcome. 

>From what I hear, Sri Savarkar, the head of the HRCE board, is a 
very pious person who does not do things out of order. We are  
grateful that such a person is also ultimately in charge.

It appears that no further appeals are necessary from our side.
I thank all of you for all of your email, both personal and public.
