Dear KrishNa BhakthAs : In this slOkam , Sri Bhattdhiri appeals to the poets of this world to compose eulogies of the Lord and asks others to engage in sankIrthanam of those eulogies . This slOkam is the essence of the follwing Rg Veda manthram : tam u sthOthAra :; pUrvyam yathA vidha ruthasya garbham janushA piparthana I aasya jAnanthO naama cidh vivakthna mahas tE VishNO sumathim BhajaamahE II --Rg Vedam :I.156.3 (Meaning ) : O Singers ! May you all propitiate and celebrate of your own accord (svath sankalpam =without being goaded by any one else , spontaneously ) that Self inside the Sun ( AntharyAmi Brahmam inside the Sun(Soorya mandala Madhyathan , Sriman NaarAyaNan ). He is anadhi(primeval) and is at the center of all this vast and orderly creation . O Sun's power ! cognizant of Your greatness , May we be blessed to celebrate Your name and seek refuge at Your feet . (comments ): The key words are " Ruthasya Garbham " and "JanushA pipartana ".Rutham is a complex Vedic term connoting the eteranl truth , righteousness . Our Lord is recognized as the essence or nucleus or empowering principle behind it(rutham ) . "janusha pipartana " means some thing attained thru enlightenment arising from the Lord's anugraham . This is the spontaneous outbursts as poems due to that blessing or soubhAgyam . Let us come back to this Veda Manthram containing these key words : tam u STOTHAARAA pUrvyam yatha vidhA ruthasya garbham JANUSHAA PIPARTHANA I aasya JAANANTHO naama chidh vivaktana MAHAS thE VISHNO sumathim BHAJAAMAHE II Sri NaarAyaNa Bhattadhiri's 3rd slOkam of the 99th Dasakam the sacred Vedic words inside it are noted ABOVE in Capitals : hEy STHOTHAARA:kavindhrAsthamiha kalu yathA chEthayadhvE tathaiva vyaktham Vedasya saaram praNuvatha jananOpAttha leelAkathAbhi:I JAANANTHASCCHaSYA naamAnyakhila sukhakakarANIthi sankIrthayadhvam hEy VISHNO keerthanAdhaistava kalu MAHASTATATTVA bhOdham BHAJEYAM II Thus the slOkam is Veda Saaram .
