our Sri Parthasarathy Dileepan . The history of this divya desam 
has been lost in the sands of time. Both Thirumangai 
and Thirumazhisai AzhwArs have sung the glories of 
the Lord VeerarAghavan resting on His bed of AdhisEshA 
here .

JEERNOTTHARANA MAHA SAMPROKSHANA AAHVAANA PATHRIKA

The MahA samprokshaNam of the ThiruevvuL temple 
of Sri Kanakavalli samEtha Sri Veeraraghava PerumAL 
is scheduled for July 6 . Three AchAryAs ,
the Current Jeeyar of Ahobila Mutt , the heriditary trustee 
of this temple , Sri Para Kaala Matam Jeeyar 
and Acharya Sri Rangapriya Swami will personally 
particpate in this magnificent event .The Ahobila
matam jeeyar will preside over the four day long
celebration . The renovation of the Raja Gopuram
and Vimaanam have been carried out under the personal
supervision and direction of the present Jeeyar ,
His Holiness Sri AdivaNN SatakOpa NaarayaNa Yatheendhra
MahA Desikan . You and your relatives in India are all 
invited to take part in this rare event .The muhUrtham 
for the MahA SamprOkshaNam is 9.15 AM-10.15 AM on 
Monday , July 6 at ThiruevvuL . Please attend the festival ,
if you can and receive the blessings of the divya Dampathis 
and AchAryAs and BhagavAthAs performing this kaimkaryam . 
Three hundred and fifty AdhyApaakam swamis ( Divya 
Prabhandham ghOshti) will be recognized by the AchAryA .

with the MahA samprOkshaNam during the July 2-6 period

AN APPEAL TO YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS KAIMKARYAM

Dear BhakthAs , there is a shortage of $5,000 
to cover the expenses related to this rare MahA
SamprOkshaNam . We do not have much time left to
raise the needed funds . If 100 BhakthAs can 
support this kaimkaryam with 50$ each , we can 
help to close the gap anticipated by the Management 
Committee. Those , who can contribute sums larger than 
$50 such as 100 $ or 250$ or 500$ are most humbly 
requested to come forth and help with this kaimkaryam
and receive the Divya Dampathi's blessings on this 
auspicious occasion .

PRASAADAMS FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THIS KAIMKARYAM

Sriman K.G.Krishnan Swami , the father of 
Sri Anand has been appointed as the organizer
of the Fund raising Committee in India by 
the Sri Veeraraghava Perumal DevashtAnam .

He has kindly agreed to advance the funds 
pledged and sent for this kaimkaryam by us inview
of the shortness of time before the Kaimkaryam.
The deadline for the pledges is July 5 here .

Sriman K.G.Krishnan Swami has kindly agreed to
send the PrasAdams from this Kaimkaryam . The exact
details on the type of PrasAdams have not been 
worked out yet . These could be
on eor more of the following :

1. Video of the Mahaa SamprOkshaNam
2. Photographs of the Divya Dampathis 
   taken on this special occasion .
3. Tulasi , Kumkumam and other appropriate PrasAdams 
4. Desika Darsana Diary for BhaudhAnya samvathsaram t

I have put together a special audio tape on 
ThiruevvuL divya desam in my four part series 
on Pancha Raama KshEthrams sung by our AzhwArs.
I will be happy to send you a copy of this tape 
as my token of appreciation for your support .

The ThiruevvuL tape  includes the sthala PurANam 
and commentaries on the 12 paasurams of Thirumangai 
and Thirumazhisai .ThiruevvuL ,AyOdhi , 
Thiru puLLam bhUtham kudi , Thiru VeLLIaynkudi 
and Thirupputkuzhi are recognized as Pancha Raama 
KshEthrams among the 108 Sri VaishNavite Divya Desams 
sung by our AzhwArs .
