Baghavatas!
I need your help in clarifying portions of Ramayana.
I recall that the Vanaras descend from Heaven, originating from
the gods there. Hanuman is Maruthi's progrny. I think Sugriva
is from the Sun and Vali from Indra. Am I correct?
Yhe corresponding characters in Mahabhrata are Bhima, Karna
and Arjuna.
It is interesting that Vali and Karna have similar fates,
Sugriva and Arjuna's lives correspond to each other.
