Dear Sri Upilli

Unfortunatel, these files are so large, that they cannot be 
transmitted by email. 

I would suggest to use a better internet connection to download 
the file, or download at non-peak hours.

if you specify your location, may be someone with a faster internet
connection can download it for you.
