Some reccomendations

        -Provide a single point of entry to ALL posters of the 
        sri-vaishnava community i.e. bhakti-list@yahoogroups.com

        -Have the moderator tag each message and post in the 
        appropriate sv-topic group.

        -Notify all members that enrolling with bhakti means that 
        they are enrolling to all sv-topic groups. [ So there are 
        no violations of Yahoo guidelines ]

        -Turn all members default settings 
                - on bhakti-list to o No email
                - on the sv-topic lists to o Individual emails
                   and notify members of these settings and
                   how to modify.

        -Set all group settings to o Public Archives

        -Provide an entry splash page on ramanuja.org 
         and other sv-sites to these groups.

        -Provide individual group and collated archives
        
        -Given the increased moderator load, provide for
                - A regular rotation of the moderator
                - The appointing of a moderator who is 
                  able, willing and desirous
        
        -Rather than setting various onerous conditions on 
         the posters,establish guidelines for the moderator 
         and simple and broad guidelines for the posters.
