Dear Sri Sathyanarayan,

samasrAyanam is by far the most important sacrement in the
SriVaishnava tradition, as it defines and confirms a devotee's
relationship to Sri Ramanuja through the grace of the achAryan.
HH will provide you with the best and most correct explanation of
this revered sacrament and the lifestyle that you should pursue
following this.   However, if you are interested in an excellent
overview ahead of time, you may wish to review Sri
Anantapadmanabhan's article in www.srivaishnava.org

>From what I have learned on the subject though, I can only share
that with your taking of the samasrAyanam, your psychological and
spiritual outlook should be one of complete subservience to and
sole reliance on Sriman Narayana Alone, along with sincere and
unflinching belief in emperumAnAr darshanam.
