Dear Sri Amaraprabhu Dasa : After I wrote in response to your note, I remembered the excellent translations of the meanings of the ten Paasurams on SaaLagrAma Dhivya desam done already by Sri Madhavakkannan Vasudevan of Singapore . His moving transaltions are a part of the most welcome Kaimkaryam that he is doing in translating Thirumangai's Periya Thirumozhi and Swamy NammAzhwAr's ThiruvAimozhi over the past few months .I recommend them most heartily to you .You will be able to locate these translations in the Bhakthi archives list . > >There are ten verses (Paasurams ) that Thirumangai AzhwAr >blessed us with .They are part of Periya Thirumozhi : 1.5 >Thirumangai was the last of the twelve AzhwArs and his time >is Ninth Century A.D. according to historians . > Best wishes, V.Sadagopan ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Old school buds here: http://click.egroups.com/1/4057/4/_/716111/_/960313724/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------------------------- - SrImate rAmAnujAya namaH - To Post a message, send it to: bhakti-list@eGroups.com Visit http://www.ramanuja.org/sv/bhakti/ for more information
