Sri Mathe Narayanaya Namaha Sri Mathe Ramanujaya Namaha. Sri Vaishnava adiyaargaLukku adiyen Thirumalai Vinjamoor Venkatesh Dasan ThaaLum ThaDakkaiyum kooppi thendan samarpikkiraen. First I would like to thank Sri Mani for including me in the list of the most privileged Sri Vaishnavas. My poorvikam is Kanchipuram and my Grandfather (paternal - maternal grandparents are still at Kanchipuram) settled in Thiruvallikkeni about 60 years ago and from then on we are continuing there. I belong to the clan of Sri Arulala Perumal Emberumanar one of the 74 simhasanadhipathis, established by Sri Ramanuja. I did by B.E degree in Mechanical Engineering from a private college near Kanchipuram. It was at this time, while I was at Kanchipuram with my Grandparents (maternal) I started developing interest in, let me not say our sampradhayams, but , going to the temple. I used to reside in the Vadakku Mada Veedhi of Sri Varadarajar Temple. In fact I started going to Temple just because my grandpa asked me to do so. But due to the Kadaksham of Sri Varadarajar I slowly developed interest in our religion and started learning the Divya Prabhandams from one of the highly rated Scholars Sriman U.Ve Thirupathi Krishnamachariar Swami. When I completed my degree and came back to Thiruvallikkeni, I started my Kainkaryam at Sri Parthasarathy Swamy Koil. Sri Varadarajar in fact brought me to the right path and handed me over to Sri Parthasarathy and Sri Narasimhar at Thiruvallikkeni. At present I have completed learning about 1600 Verses in the Divya Prabhandam and I am attending all the Ghosti's regularly while at home. I am also doing the Sri Paadham Thangi kainkaryam at Thiruvallikkeni. In fact, we have an association for this cause and it is doing well since it was started 3 years ago. I am presently working as a Senior Sales Engineer in Fisher-Xomox Sanmar Limited a company in the Sanmar Engineering Group which is the sister concern of Chemplast in Chennai. I am a bachelor and was born in Year 1972. I am sending this introduction about me from Iowa state where I am now put up on an Assignment with our collaborators. I will be going back home by end August / early September 1998 As a matter of fact, I would like to go back much earlier as I am missing a lot of Utsavams at our temple in Thiruvallikkeni. Well, I only know to recite the Prabhandams that I have learnt and since I wanted to know more about our Philosophy I have subscribed in this Bhakti list, which, I consider after going thro' the archives, is the best one. I will be sharing all that I know - Not much (AdiyEn siria gnanathan) with all our members and would like to learn a lot about our philosophies from all the scholars in this list and elsewhere. My residence address back home is T.V.Venkatesh No. 54 Singarachari Street, Thiruvallikkeni, Chennai 600 005 Residence Phone Number is 8529852 I think I have given a fairly understandable introduction about me. Once again I gratefully thank Sri Mani for including me in this list Sri Man Narayana Charanau Sharanam Prapattye Sri Mathe Ramanujaya Namaha. Thirumalai Vinjamoor Venkatesh Dasan.
