Tele-Upanyasam
The next tele-upanyasam by His Holiness Srimath Andavan Sri
Rangaramanuja Mahadesikan is scheduled for coming Sunday July 22nd, 2001
at 11.00AM EST (note the change in timing). Srimath Andavan will be
giving the upanyasam from New Delhi where His Holiness is camping for
observing the Chaturmasya Sankalpam. Srimath Andavan will be continuing
the upanyasam on Thiruppavai (pAsuram 18: Undhu MadhakaLirren) during
the tele-upanyasam. The passcode has not changed since the last
upanyasam. If you have it, there is no need to re-register. If not, you
can get the passcode by visiting www.ramanujamission.org

Swami Desikan Thirunakshatram
Our great Acharya Swami Desikan's 733th thrunakshatram (birthday) will
be celebrated on Saturday September 29th 2001 at Buffalo, New York. Sri
Ramanuja Mission, Sri Desika Darsana Sathsangam and the Hindu Cultural
Society of Western New York (Buffalo Temple) will be celebrating this
together at the Temple Premises. A detailed program itenerary will be
announced soon in a separate mail. We request you to mark your calendar
ahead and participate in this event.
