For those in Chennai, Swami Nammalwar (india) Foundation conducts regular
classes on Sri Vaishnavism on alternate sundays. Through its Divya Prabandha
Academy. The course is for three years and it covers Sri
Vishnusahsranamam(Bhattar Bhashyam), Guru Paramparai& Rahasya Thrayam,
Thiruvaimozhi and Geetha Bashyam. The classes are conducted betwwen 9.30 Am
and 1.50 Pm at Padma Sheshadri Bala Bavan (main school) Nungambakkam .
Those interested may contact the foundation trustees. The chairman of the
board of trustees is Sri .U.Ve Velukkudi Krishnan Swami, Who also handles
the classes on Geetha Bashyam.
Adiyen has the bagyam of being the student of this Divya Prbandha Academy
which Celebrated its First Annual Day on 1-7-2001 which was a spectacular
success inspite of the inconviniences in the city that day
