Dear Shreemathi Kalyani Krishnamachari, I appreciate your translation of complicated Tamil Pasurams in such a wonderful manner in lucid English. I have come across many translations and interpretations of Divya Prabanda Paasurams but rarely found that they have the exact Tatparyam (purport) as explained by the great commentators like Shree PeriyaVaacchaan Pillai and other Aaacharyas. Further many translations spoil the power of expression of ideas and concepts which are actually result of Alwar's experiences (Bhagavat Anubhava Parivaaham/Janitham) in the form of divine Tamil verses. I find your translation as a wonderful one bringing out the exact meanings as told by our poorva-aacharyas. The power of expression of ideas and concepts as told in Mani-Pravaala Vyaakyaanams are found unchanged in your English translation. I appreciate your Bhagavat-Bhaagavata Kainkaryam and Pray at the Lotus feet of Shreeman NaaraayaNa Paramaatman to bless you so that the entire prabanda vyaakyaanams by vyaakyaana chakravarthy Shree PeriyaVaachchan Pillai gets translated in English or your translations inspire many to do this kainkaryam. "Poliga Poliga" Thanks & Regards M.S.HARI Ramanuja Daasan. ____________________________________________________________________ Get free email and a permanent address at http://www.netaddress.com/?N=1 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Who invented Gatorade -- and what part did it play in winning the1967 Orange Bowl?
