  Dear BhAgavatas,
                My praNAmams to you.After reading a few mails about
Kalais, I understand that they basically pertain to two branches of the 
GuruparamparA and the
philosophies are slightly different.My advice to the fellow neophytes is
not to think that they belong to a particular Kalai by birth and be
prepared to receive Tirumantram from a MahApurushan belonging to either
Kalai.BhAgavatas can kindly correct my mistakes.
