Hello members of the bhakti mailing list,

I am a new member to this list. My name is S. Vidyasankar, and
I'm currently doing my PhD in chem engg at Caltech, Pasadena. 
I've been in regular correspondence with Mani Varadarajan for
quite some time now. 

My general interest is in vedAnta, specially advaita vedAnta. I'm
currently setting up a home page on advaita vedAnta here. I'll
keep the list informed about the URL when it is ready. Of particular
interest to members on this list should be my sections on the 
place of karma, bhakti and gnAna in advaita vedAnta, and the various
Slokas that I am trying to put together. 

I hope to learn something about the viSishTAdvaita tradition through
the posts on this list. I hope I'll be able to contribute something
of value to your discussions here.
