Pranams

In Tirupathi, perumalcame out of his archa samadhi and
talked with Tondaman chakravarthi.
In Kancheepuram, perumal talked with Tirukachi
Nambigal.

I heard that in Srirangam, perumal talked with
"Tiruvilakku pichan".

Could someone tell me more about this "Tiruvilakku
pichan" and why periya perumal came out of his archa
samadhi?
