Dear Sri vaishnava perunthagaiyeer,
In this post also, we will continue to see first a naamaa is spelt in sree vishNu sahasra naamavaLi and then a prefix is added to this naamaa to give further qualification, additional effect or more emphatic meaning or glorify further.
As stated already the serial number is given for the first naama only.
1. Om vathsaraaya nama: -- naamaa no. 471 occurring in slOkam 50
Meaning: he who lives within all beings.
Om samvathsaraaya nama: -- naamaa no. 92 occurring in slOkam 10
Meaning: who is of the nature of year - means lord of time- he who lives.
sam vasathi ithi samvathsara:
also naamaa no. 423 occurring in slOkam
[samyak vasanthi Bhoothaani yasmin ithi samvathsara:]
the year - the abode of all living creatures.
2. Om vathsalaaya nama: -- naamaa no.472 occurring in slOkam 50
Meaning: he who is affectionate to his devotees as to his own children
Om Bhaktha vathsalaaya nama: -- naamaa no. 742 occurring in slOkam 78
Meaning: he who is very affectionate towards his devotees.
3. Om DharmiNE nama: -- naamaa no.478 occurring in slOkam 51
meaning: having Dharma as an instrument- the very supporter of Dharma.
Om sathya DharmiNE nama: -- naamaa no. 532 occurring in slOkam 56
meaning: who is true and just in his acts.
4. Om jayaaya nama: -- naamaa no.511 occurring in slOkam 54
meaning: the victorious, - he who is conquered or won over by his own devotees.
Om vi jayaaya nama: -- naamaa no. 149 occurring in slOkam 16
meaning: the victorious - victory incarnate.
Om samithim jayaaya nama: -- naamaa no. 364 occurring in slOkam 39
meaning: the victor in battles - ever victorious [samithi means battle].
Om Dhanam jayaaya nama: -- naamaa 666 occurring in slOkam
meaning: who collects wealth - who surpasses wealth.

meaning: who can not be subjugated- invincible.

Meaning: the bliss incarnate.

Meaning: the source of delight to the gods [or dhEvaas].

Meaning: he who conferred enjoyment to his mother dhEvaki.

Meaning: he is saama vEdham
he who dispels the sins of those who sing in praise of him.
"vEdhaanaam saama vEdhOsmi" says bhagvaan in geetha 10 -22.
Om thri saamnE nama: -- naamaa no. 581 occurring in slOkam 62
Meaning: one who is propounded by the three- fold saama vEdhaa,
- one who is glorified by the three saamaa vEdhaass.

Meaning: the means to attain the ultimate.
Om sath paraayaNaaya nama: -- naamaa no. 708 occurring in slOkam 75
Meaning: the refuge and support of the good
supreme goal for the good who pursue the path of truth.
Om sathya Dharma paraayaNaaya nama: -- naamaa no. 874 occurring in slOkam 93
meaning: who is pleased with observance of Dharma in practice.
One who is the very abode of truth and righteousness.
9. Om BhoothayE nama: -- naamaa no. 636 occurring in slOkam 67
Meaning: he who is the real wealth of his devotees.
Om sath BhoothayE nama: -- naamaa no. 707 occurring in slOkam 75
Meaning: one who has rich glories
who is the wealth and every thing for good people.
10. Om harayE nama: -- naamaa no. 656 occurring in slOkam 69
Meaning: the lord whose colour is green
Om havir harayE nama: -- naamaa no. 361 occurring in slOkam 38
Meaning: he who takes the offerings in the sacrifices - receiver of oblations.
11. Om havishE nama: -- naamaa no.703 occurring in slOkam 74
Meaning: he who handed over himself to nandha gopa - the oblation.
Om mahaa havishE nama: -- naama no. 683 occurring in slokam 72
meaning: one who is worshipped with supreme oblations - himself is the great offering.
12. Om Ekaaya nama: or Om Ekasmai nama: -- naamaa no. 730 occurring in slokam 78
meaning: the lord with out a superior or an equal - one without a second
Om na Ekaaya nama: -- naamaa no. 731 occurring in slokam 78
meaning: the many- who is not only one but many
13. Om dhyuthi Dharaaya nama: -- naamaa no 764 occurring in slOkam 81
Meaning: who bears effulgent form - who bears majesty.
Om Ojas thEjO dhyuthi Dharaaya nama: -- naamaa no. 276 occurring in slokam 30
meaning: he who is endowed with strength vigour and brilliance. Ojas is glowing health.
ThEjas is the shine due to sublimation of Ojas.
Dhyuthi is beauty - all these three combined in him perfectly.
14. Om yOginE nama: -- naamaa no. 853 occurring in slOkam 91
Meaning: he who has great skill in making even impossible things to happen
- one who can be realised through yOgaas.
Om sadhaa yOginE nama: -- naamaa no. 167 occurring in slOkam 18
Meaning: he who is ever wide awake.

Meaning: he who alone is to be desired.

meaning: he with diverse forms at the same time.

Meaning: he who is himself the performer of the sacrificial ritual.
Om mahaa yajvanE nama: -- naama no. 681 occurring in slokam 72
meaning: one who performed great yajnaas -whose worshippers are very superior.
