Good point. Already answered by Sri TCA Venkatesan and Sri Mukund well.
That which comes to my mind: Hands can snatch themselves away from our hold
and can even slap. While if one holds toghtly and firmly His feet, they will
never be able to go away and can not kick us too (as both are held tight by
us)- that's why saraNou (two) are referred to. (as per Sri MushNaum Andavan
anubhavam)
